Szállítási szabályzat

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which HBM Services Bt. (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the website https://www.darktracedesign.com (“Website”). By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and accept the following terms, which are designed to establish clear expectations and mutual understanding.

1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to inventory levels. Your order may be delayed by no more than 10 business days in order to get the items you ordered produced. While we strive to maintain accurate stock records, occasional discrepancies may occur. 

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are charged alongside your order and reflect the final shipping fee.

4. Delivery Details

4.1 International Shipping Times

International transit usually takes between 7 and 22 days depending on the courier and destination.

4.2 Processing Time

In stock orders placed before 13:00 CET are generally shipped the next business day. Orders after this time are dispatched the next working day.

4.3 Address Modifications

Shipping addresses can be updated any time before your order has been dispatched.

4.4 Backordered Items

If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will hold the entire shipment until the missing item is available. All other items in your order will be reserved until dispatch.

4.5 Delivery Delays

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us to begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.

4.6 Shipping couriers

To ensure product integrity and safe delivery, we exclusively use international courier services (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS). The supplier factory has shipping contracts, we do not have control over what courier will be used. Many of our products are large, fragile, or custom-packaged, and often exceed the size and handling limitations of standard postal services (including MPL – Magyar Posta Logistics).

Additionally, our products are shipped directly from international warehouses. Our production partners abroad have pre-established courier agreements, and last-mile transfer to local couriers (such as MPL) is not economically feasible.

Due to the nature of our products and the structure of our supply chain, postal delivery via MPL is not possible and therefore is not offered as a shipping option at the checkout page.

If you wish to have your package delivered via the MPL service, please contact us prior to dispatch by sending a message to darktracedesign@gmail.com with your order number. We will process your request accordingly.

Disclaimer:
Packages delivered through MPL incur no additional cost (we don't pass down the cost of the additional delivery service to you) beyond our standard shipping fee. However, please note the following conditions apply:

  • The package must first be delivered to Hungary before being handed over to MPL for final delivery (hence the standard shipping fee)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Using MPL may result in an extended delivery time of up to 10 additional business days compared to our standard shipping method.

  • By opting for MPL, the customer acknowledges and accepts this potential delay and the additional risk of damaging the package due to changing couriers.

By requesting delivery through MPL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms regarding this optional shipping method.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link with up-to-date information directly from the courier’s system.

6. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, you should immediately notify our support team at darktracedesign@gmail.com. If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes are included in the product prices shown on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Fees

For international shipments, you may be responsible for paying import duties or local taxes upon arrival. These charges may vary by country and are not covered by HBM Services Bt. HBM Services Bt is not responsible for shipment, import and delivery related matters.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the package will be returned at your expense. You will be refunded for the product cost only, minus both original and return shipping fees.

We have factories in Europe and China. If you would like to inquire about the origin of your specific items, do not hesitate to send us a message.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return process.

9. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured for damage or loss up to the declared value by the courier.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

Refunds or replacements are issued once the courier confirms the damage during their claims investigation.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If your parcel is deemed lost after the courier’s investigation, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.
