Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by "DARKTRACE DESIGN" (HBM Services Betéti Társaság) are intended for RACE USE ONLY. These products are designed exclusively for use in competition or off-road environments sanctioned by a recognized motorsport authority. Use outside of these parameters, including recreational off-road driving, may violate local, state, or federal laws.

DARKTRACE DESIGN makes no representation, explicit or implicit, regarding the legality of using its products on public roads. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are expected to verify all relevant federal, state, local, and environmental laws prior to purchasing or installing any product. DARKTRACE DESIGN assumes no liability for any penalties, fees, or other costs incurred due to failure to comply with applicable legal requirements.
